2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Before you begin, we highly recommend that you take a moment to watch the Registration Tutorial videos (see the box to the right). There is one for returning families and one for new families.
2. Returning Families: CLICK HERE to register your child(ren) via your ProCare Account.
3. New Families: Click the button below to find your site of choice. Click to fill out registration forms for that site via ProCare. Note: You will need to create a ProCare account.
4. All Families: CLICK HERE to fill out the required 2025-2026 Tuition Agreement and Supplemental Form.
REGISTRATION TUTORIAL
We want the registration process to be simple and straightforward for our families. We recommend watching the following videos that are designed to walk you through the registration process, step by step.
A few other things:
- To be prepared for registration, please ensure you have applicable documents and information ready. This includes, but is not limited to, immunization dates and medical forms, copies of court documents and/or IEP/504 plans, and emergency contact information.
- Enrollment in Launch’s programs are prioritized for families with high needs and students furthest from educational justice. Launch also considers tenure within the Launch programs and the date of submission when offering slots in our programs. If you have any questions about the priority criteria Launch uses, please contact us at enrollment@launchlearning.org for further information.

TUITION ASSISTANCE
Instructions on how to apply, as well as subsidy information, is in the Tuition Assistance Form. We recommend you review the form before reaching out.
We accept DSHS, City of Seattle, and Best Starts for Kids childcare subsidies, and also have Launch tuition assistance available. If you’d like your child to attend Launch but can’t afford tuition or your subsidy copay, please contact us at TuitionAssistance@launchlearning.org. Don’t hesitate to reach out, even if you think you might not qualify for assistance — often we can still help!

MyIR is Washington State’s authorized record access system for you and your family’s immunization records. This is the simplest way to obtain departmentally-approved copies of your family’s Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) forms, which are required for students’ enrollment in any Launch program. If your child’s vaccines were administered in Washington State, you can sign up for MyIR. Through MyIR, you can access and download your child(ren)’s CIS forms. You can find more information and register for MyIR here: https://wa.myir.net/.
If you use MyIR to obtain your child(ren)’s CIS forms, please submit them to enrollment@launchlearning.org as part of your child(ren)’s registration for our programs. Thank you!

MyIR es el sistema autorizado de acceso a registros del estado de Washington para los registros de vacunación de usted y su familia. Esta es la forma más sencilla de obtener copias aprobadas por el departamento de los formularios del Certificado del estado de vacunación (CIS) de su familia, que es requerido para la inscripción de estudiantes en cualquier programa de Launch. Si las vacunas de su hijo(a) se administraron en el Estado de Washington, puede registrarse en MyIR. A través de MyIR, puede acceder y descargar los formularios CIS de su(s) hijo(s). SCHEDULE CHANGE FORMS
If you need to make a schedule change from your initial enrollment for the ’24-’25 School Year, please start the process by filling out the form(s) below. These forms are required per the Enrollment/Tuition Agreement.
