Pay Online

All tuition and fees are due by the 1st of the month for the month your child is enrolled, including any past due amounts, per the Enrollment/Tuition Agreement. For families with students enrolled ONLY in the Seattle Preschool Program (SPP), please make payments directly to SPP.

How to Pay Your Bill

Tuition may be paid using the following payment options: Credit Card, Autopay with ACH, or Check/Money Order. Cash is not accepted.

• For credit card transactions, a convenience fee of 3% will be charged to your payment amount. Pay with a credit card on MyProcare.com using the button link below.
• For ACH transactions linked to your bank account, there are no convenience fees added. By using ACH, you will automatically be enrolled in Autopay and charged monthly for the full balance listed in your account. To setup ACH, email Finance@launchlearning.org for Recurring Payment Authorization Form link.
• Checks/Money Orders may be delivered to the Program Site Manager or to our Launch administrative office at: 3401 Rainier Ave. S, Suite A, Seattle WA 98144. Please include your child’s name, site and a description of what you are paying.
